Abstract
The subject, Hiroto Yamashita, is able to recognize the color of paper at a state with a bandage completely. This paper reports characteristics of his EEG.
(1) When he closed his eyes, the fast alpha waves occured in his both
temporal lobes .
(2) when he gazed at the colored paper with his eyes, the fast alpha waves and the beta waves occured.
(3) when he imaged the color with his eyes closed, the fast alpha waves occured with the extraordinary zero-level fluctuations.
(4) After he was blindfolded and breathed deeply, the slow alpha waves appeared.
(5) ln a little while, the black rectangular ESP screen suddenly appeared in his mind. Then the slow alpha waves changed into the fast ones.
(6) He recognized the color of the paper by means of the cokor appearing on the ESP screen. The EEG at this stage was almost the same type as that of the color imaging, but was much more intensive.
(7) After the color on the ESP screen disappeared, the fast alpha waves changed back to the slow ones.
(8) Though the ESP screen kept the color for only 10----20 seconds, the screen itself remaind in his mind until the end of the experiment.
