Synopsis
lt was proved by mathematical statistics and many pioneer experimental works that the 1/f fluctuations have constant auto-correlation functions originating from the eternal past and lasting to the infinite future. The author also insists that the whole universe must be a giant information system from the reasoning of existing diverse 1/f flucturations which are the expncit phenomena caused by the tremendously rapid intercommunications between the memory systems scattered everywhere over the universe.
