基調講演 Ariyana 論文
LIGHT ATONEMENT BY ARIYANA
光のあがない
アリヤナ*
This book is very much in the tradition of others that describe an astonishing spiritual journey: The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield, Embraced by the Light by Betty J. Eadie and The Other Side and Back by Sylvia Browne. It also shares some of the same startling revelations found in the work of early 20th century psychic Edgar Cayce. In many ways, however, this is a book-and a journey-unlike any other.
The author's path takes her from a childhood in Japan to a highly successful entrepreneurial career to an awakening of extraordinary spiritual powers and presences. Ariyana tells her story chronologically, and initially she seems to be like many other young women trying to find her way in the world. She moves from Japan to the U.S. for college, falls in love, marries, starts a business with her husband and has children.
Yet always, she yearns for something more. This yearning translates into testing the spiritual waters-Reiki, The Hoffman Institute process, Vipassana meditation and psychics. Ariyana's willingness to try a range of techniques and eagerness to learn opens her up to the possibility of a world beyond the visible one. Still, she is pulled back to the realities of her business, her children and her marriage. As her children get older and are less dependent on her and as her marriage fails, she finds herself with the time and the need to explore the deeper parts of her self.
