Introduction of experiment that accumulates dielectric elementary particles

Abstract
Based on the hypothesis that Qi is a dielectric elementary particle, Qi should be able to be accumulated in non- uniform electric field made with device that generates high voltage. Then, I made the device that generated a high voltage, and experimented to accumulate dielectric elementary particles by using non-uniform electric field. And, there was an expectation that a dielectric elementary particle was able to be detected with the air variable capacitor as an increase of the permittivity of air.
However, a certain result of confirming the existence of the dielectric elementary particle was not obtained in this experiment. Then, in this thesis, I would like to introduce a basic experiment method of attempt to accumulate dielectric elementary particles with the expectation of becoming some references in the future.
In addition, the formula to calculate the relative permittivity to which the metal melts at the room temperature is put as an appendix.
