Abstract
In order to reserve records how psychic control with mechanical PSI devices and healing using those devices are done, we asked those inventors and researchers to submit each manuscript in advance. The each writer is leaders in the respective field and the records will make a precious heritage.
Ide loaded the body with negative voltage and regulated the flow of energy "Qi" with a rheostat at making earth of the body. K.Sasaki has developed a device to measure prana (life-force) activity by combining longitudinal scalar waves with sounds emitted by people. Tsutsumi has developed a piezoelectric Kirlian Photographic device in an attempt to find more information about the living body. Hashimoto suggested that healing is possible when pulse current at a specified frequency is induced into the body.
Yamada explained a PSI device that uses scalar waves emitted from a solenoid non-induction coil to increase the transparency of quartz crystals and a healing device that uses those crystals.
The following is notes from essays sent to the symposium.
Aoki describes a device that applies vector potential field to the body with a quartz oscillator, and also the effect of this radiation treatment on animals.
Hayakawa expounds the theory that depolarized plus/minus ions in water produced by alternating current electrolysis are occluded by minerals, thus ions emit energy "Qi" .
Kobayashi claims a potential-meter that counts white noise emitted from semi-conductors makes it possible to measure the psychic abilities (PK, ESP) of ordinary persons.
Seki, a 96 years old, after many years of research proposes the idea that the best healing is to swing person's arms backwards and forwards while chanting "Senshin"(purification of mind).
From the symposium, we can now look forward to the further development of technology to control psychic energy for healing and new devices for the purpose.
