Effects on lnitia1 Growing of Paddy Shoots under Radiation of Artincial Qi Regulated
with a Crysta1, Non-lnductive Coils and other Components

Abstract
ln order to study charaderistics of Qi energy induced from zero-magnetic field, an atifcial Qi accumulator was
manufactured, which was composed of a crystal, amagnet, and non-inductive coils, and driven by solar batteries and pulse waves. The action of artifidal Qi energy radiated by the accumulator was deteded by shift difference D of water conductivity, where D is an index specifically defined. The effects of Qi energy radiated were also examined through observation of the initial growing phase of paddy shoots.
(1)The data of the index D of water conducivity shift difference showed a constant level approximately when
measuring points were positioned within 1.6m under and in no contact with the equipment. However,with lower positions, the data of index D decreased in inverse proportion to L square, and L is the distance between the equipment and the measuring point.
(2)Under good weather conditions, the growth of a group of paddy shoots radiated by artificial Qi from the equipment was accelerated dy more than 40%compared with that of the control group of those.
(3)When a group of paddy shoots was placed in a darkroom for two days while the above test (2)was proceeding on the contrary the growth of the growth of group of paddy shoots was arrested by approximate 7% compared with that of the control.
(4)This study made it dear that this artificiaI Qi energy regulated with the equipment and radiated through space demonstrates the growth accelerating (positive) effect or the growth arresting (negative) effect added to natural growth of rice plants.
