Theory of Levitation Phenomenan

Abstract
The energy and power necessary for the so-called levitation were considered quantitatively. The author considers that the energy source must be an mass-energy conversion of neutrons constituting the levitation body itself. However, the mass- decrease for lifting body is only the order of 10-16 of its weight, the reqired energy being the order of 1010 ergs.
0n the otherhand, the power necessary for floating the body in the air continuously may be the order of 1.5 kW. This power corresponds to the rate of body weight decrease of the order of 10-8 per hour. This rate is so small that the weight reduction may easily be compensated by breathing or other means.
