Abstract
Being introduced by Dr. Resat H. Bayer, the President of The Turkish Society for Parapsychological Research, lstanbul of Turkey, l received a letter of Feb.,28,1976 from Mrs. Kvêta Koutná (Photo-1), Prague in Czechoslovakia, who has psychokinetic power, wanting to make experiments about the international long distance telepathy transmission.
l wrote in return to accept the conduction of the telepathy experiments by means of telepathy cards with patterns shown in Fig.-1 which were ever used in the pubhc experiments through telepathy broadcasting transmission sponsered by "Denpa-Gijutsu" magazine in Japan.
The agreement between her and me was reached under the goodwill, and the foHowing experiments were made.
She transmitted telepathy during 10 minutes toward Japan in twice - at 10 p.m. of May,26,(Standard Time of Czechoslovakia 2 p.m. of May, 26,) and at 5 a.m. of May, 30,(Standard Time of Czechoslovakia 9 p.m. May,29,). And in Japan many people helped to receive the telepathy under the cooperation of The PS lnstitute of Japan and The World Daily News Corporation.
The interesting results of the experiments in the Japanese side were as follows;
The number of the data from participants at the experiments were 71 in total. lt was proved that telepathy signal can carry the information just like the electro-magnetic waves even though it was transmitted from other side of the glove. The results have shown that it is possible to receive the telepathy information with over70% accuracy by even a person who has not so powerful psychokinetic abihty and that the telepathy information can bereceived without regard to the difference of the races.
